Greg Palkot:  Sources close to this reporter are saying that while INTERPOL has a dragnet out all over Europe for Van Dorn, he has, so far, managed to evade capture.  There have been rumors that Van Dorn was seen in Russia, but these rumors have yet to be confirmed.  About six months ago, Van Dorn was photographed in Pyongyang, North Korea.  Again.  Repeating our top story.  Corporate raider Jeremy Van Dorn is at large and is wanted by INTERPOL.  Greg Palkot.  Fox News.  London.

Patrick (points the remote at the TV to turn it off):  Terrific!  Now we have another friggin’ psycho to worry about.

Leslie:  I swear to God.  How does Alexis chose the people she does business with?

Patrick:  I don’t know.  I guess the only requirements for Alexis are that they have deep pockets and that they’re good in the sack.  🙂

Leslie:  Yeah, but the thing is. After double crossing Uncle Blake, some of them ended up turning on her too.  Case in point.  My father.

Patrick:  And Jeremy Van Dorn.  He locks her in the tool shed and tries to kill her by Carbon Monoxide poisoning and a couple of years later, she goes and does business with him again.  Go figure.  One of them ended up dead.  Rashid Ahmed.

Leslie:  She never learns.

Miranda:  Guys.  Ed McCormick on one.

Selena GomezJamesRemar

Patrick: Thanks, Miranda.  We’ll put it on speaker.  Ed.  What’s up?

Ed McCormick:  Got some encrypted emails heading your way from the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Office of Naval Intelligence and the CIA.  They’re ALL concerning Alexis.

Patrick:  OK, Ed.  Let’s have it.  (looks at first email coming up)  Hmmmmm…..Office of Naval Intelligence.  Holy crap!  These are the transcripts from the chatter we picked up in CIC on the USS South Carolina (CGN-37).  Babe.  Come here.

Leslie:  What is it?

Patrick:  These are the transcripts of the chatter we picked up in CIC the night the Mighty Socar stopped the Ahmeds’ ship in the Red Sea.

Leslie:  You were telling me about that.

Patrick:  I  was the prize crew officer.  And look here.  They mention Colbyco…..more than once.

Leslie:  Alexis was paying the Ahmeds to run guns for the enemy???

Patrick:  Looks like it.  I want to see if I can get the ship’s logs from the Socar to see if the dates match.

Ed McCormick:  So do we go to Smitty?

Patrick:  Not just yet.  Let’s let her sweat the load for a little while.  What else you got?

Ed McCormick:  OK.  Here we go.  Encrypted files…..Central Intelligence Agency……Oh my goodness.

Patrick:  That’s Kim Il-sung. the founding President of North Korea.

Ed McCormick:  These were taken at a cocktail party in Pyongyang in February of 1993.  Look at the next photograph.

Leslie:  Alexis!!

Patrick:  This has got to be Park Chung-hee’s handiwork.

Ed McCormick:  It is and it gets better.  Look at the next photograph.

Patrick:  Sable???

Ed McCormick:  She was there ostensibly for a cultural exchange involving art, but she was actually working on an oil deal with the North Korean government and…..take a look at the last photograph…..

ZachPowers

Patrick:  Zack Powers.  I should have known.

Ed McCormick:  Zack Powers did a lot of dirty deals with Hugo Chavez when he was in power in Venezuela.

Patrick:  That I knew.  I didn’t know about this.  Hey, Ed can you confirm whether or not Alexis was involved in the Dirty War in Argentina in the 70’s and 80’s?

Ed McCormick:  Give me a sec, Pat…..looking…..looking…..looking…….here it is.  Oh yeah.  She was involved with the military junta and one of her main contacts was this man.  Almirante Jorge Anaya.

Jorge_Anaya

Patrick:  I know who he is.  He’s the son of a bitch that ordered the invasion of the Falkland Islands in 1982.

Leslie:  Wait a minute.  You mean Alexis helped instigate the Falklands War?

Patrick:  That’s right and she ended up betraying her native country for a few pieces of gold.

Leslie:  That’s treason.

Ed McCormick:  Bingo!  He and Alexis were rumored to be lovers.

Patrick:  The Alexis Standard.

Leslie:  Deep pockets and good in the sack.

Patrick:  That’s why Queen Maxima looked like she was ready to spit nails when she saw her at the bid conference.

Leslie:  What do you mean?

Patrick:  Maxima’s father Jorge Zorreguieta had been a government minister at that time.  He almost went to prison, but he resigned before  the Falklands War and was spared prosecution.  Alexis tried to blow the whistle on him, but there was no hard evidence to support her claim.

Ed McCormick:  And last but not least…..from the Securities and Exchange Commission.  A list of all her unethical business practices.

Leslie (looking over the list):  Jeez!  If the average person tried to pull any of these stunts, they’d end up in prison.

Patrick:  But not the Teflon Bitch!  (sees more files)  Wait.  There’s more.  Wait a minute!  Ed.  These are the papers I got from Jeff’s mom Frankie Harrigan at the pig pickin’ a few months ago.  Frankie was entrusted with these after Jason Colby died in 2008.  They detail Alexis’ role in the aborted takeover attempt of Denver-Carrington by Jeremy Van Dorn in 1990-91.  (looks over the files some more)  Wait just a minute.  Look at this:  “Alexis.  Trying to find the working capital to fund the takeover of the Knotts Landing Oil Fields.  Gary won’t know what hit him.  J.R.”  Looks like Jason intercepted this telegram somehow. (turns to Leslie).  Babe.  Do we still have those J.R. Ewing CD’s in the safe?

Leslie:  I’ll check.

Ed McCormick:  How is the security on your network.

Patrick:  Everything’s good.  Chris Carson came in and gave everything the once over, including updating all our firewall protection.

Leslie (has the CD’s):  Here they are.

Patrick:  Let’s play Ed a small sample. (pops one of the CD’s into a disc drive)

JR

(from the CD’s)

J.R.: Now darlin’ you know we’re gonna need a spy inside of Denver-Carrington to fill us in on what’s going on.
Alexis: And I have the perfect person. My son Adam Carrington.
J.R.: Now hold on a minute, Sugar. Doesn’t Adam work for Blake?
Alexis: He does, but with the right amount of persuasion, he’ll go along with our plan. And we can bring Blake Carrington to his knees

Ed McCormick:  I’ll be damned.

Patrick:  Yep.  J.R. had a role in the Van Dorn plot also, but fortunately, J.R. was in the middle of losing Ewing Oil to Cliff Barnes, so, this deal never came to fruition.   Alexis and J.R. were also planning to squeeze Dex out and takeover the pipeline project and they were planning to takeover Dominque’s shares of Denver-Carrington so they could mount a takeover of Denver-Carrington from within.

Ed McCormick:  Tell you guys what.  I’m going to be in Denver tomorrow.

Patrick:  Good.  We’ll play you some more of the J.R. tapes and then we’re off to Colbyco.  You know.  Bobby told me that J.R. always liked to record his phone conversations.

Leslie:  Unfortunately, he’s dead, so, they can’t come back to bite him in the ass.

Ed McCormick:  I’ll see you guys tomorrow.

Patrick:  Sounds good.
